Unless I have a Source for information, I do not include it in my
database.  If I know someone lived in a certain place I will create an
Address Event, giving dates if I know them and citing my Source.  If I
don't *know* where the person was born then I leave that Location blank.

(I'll let Ron blow his stack on the subject of 4-field Locations - he
does it so eloquently!!)
