Does this person have a marriage to a spouse that does 'not exist' in the computer, except as a place holder for a known child of the couple? This sounds like it may be a case of missing code in the program. Not exactly a bug, but a need for a new alternate choice to pick from. As I mentioned in the other message, the staff might not check in until Tuesday morning, Pacific time, after Memorial Day weekend. You are not ignored but no one is home at present.
