Thanks, Dennis It seems that the Legacy webpage is not compatible with my Firefox Browser, so it's displaying a white question-mark on a black diamond. Using Internet Explorer, I can see the left- and right-chevrons. Thanks for supplying the (Alt+0171) and (Alt+0187) alternatives. Regards Mary Young
