In Legacy, one of the Deluxe tabs is the Reserch Guidance one, which looks at 
the 'open' person and reccomends databases where people with similar situations 
can be searched. Examples if in US, says check census, mentions Dbs for the 
states that person passed through. It is like a virtual card catalog that tells 
where to find free and paid websites. I think you should look at the Legacy 
Webpage to see more info on it.
