Ken or Sherry may pop in on this one (by the way, where is Sherry?) but as I 
recall Legacy has no control over the list server. It's a service contract with 
a 3rd party provider, one that they switched to ....what was it...about a year 
ago. Most of the problems started then and we thought it would eventually clear 
out. Apparently the server is very temperamental. I have a hunch that whenever 
their existing contract with this list service provider expires, they will be 
re-negotiating certain performance standards or looking for another provider.
