It may actually be Legacy's servers' problem, and Legacy can't assist to fix it until it is broke first, nor get that company to acknowledge the existence of a problem. Or maybe Legacy's 'fault', but knowing Legacy's staff, that is straightforward in announcing other problems of theirs, my guess is they won't 'bad talk' their vendor. (Buck stops here?) Rich in LA CA
