I'm not sure whether it is correct or not, but I always put the word County in American locations when I know the county. This is really just for my benefit. I always use "County" rather than "Co" though, because I avoid using abbreviations, except in Short Location Names. a lot of > people don't even know to put in the commas to designate a missing > field.
