Absolutely! But that is not enough. If you have a set of individuals, and they have different fields filled in, and you add in a set of data, again across different fields, the ability to select the fields does not help, there is still some intersection. In a very simple illustration -- if I have John Smith with event residence sourced, James Smith with event employment sourced, and Jane Smith with event education sourced, and I add the employment field for John, education for James, and residence for Jane, then I tell the tool to add new source for specified fields "residence," "employment," and education," it not only correctly sources the new data but also incorrectly adds the new source to the old data that was already sourced.
As I said, it would be much more helpful, for me at least and the way I enter data, if I could instruct the tool to look for unsourced fields across tagged individuals Cheers.
