1. Will of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (containing name, date, occupation or relationship to another e.g her father, his grandfather, and where living when written) 2. Probate of Estate of XXXXXXXXXXXX (where granted, date and wording of probate if available) 3. Name in will of XXXXXXXXXXXXXX (used particularly where they may have died and thus not received a benefit from the will 4. Beneficiary of will of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (where still living when probate granted) 5. Executor or Executrix of will of XXXXXXXX 6. Overseer of the will of XXXXXXXXXX 7. Witness to the will of XXXXXXXXXXX 8. Declined executor of will of XXXXXXX (only used twice in my family) All read as I require them. Will send details if you wish. Overseers family members, other relations or inlaws. Witnesses often family members, other relations or inlaws.
