Good Morning!!

I have never created an Event for Wills and Probates thereof  (a bit of
legalese there) but only used them as Sources, linking each to the
individuals mentioned in the will. My reasoning being that the granting of
probate is, strictly speaking, not connected to the person who wrote the
Will, since at this point in time s/he is deceased.

If I was to create an Event for the Will, then I think I would link it to
the writer at the time it was written, but as I said, I only use them as
Sources.
