Is your "Probate of Estate" Event attached to the deceased person or to
the Executor(s)?  I had been looking for a way to attach it to both, but
on reading Ron's post I see that it makes sense only to use it for the
Executor(s).

I too have Events for most of the above.  I haven't had occasion to use
your numbers 6 and 8 yet, although I see a lot of "number 6s" in the
Wills I transcribe for a one-name society.  Should a "number 8" crop up
I think I would use number 5, but include in the Notes that the person
declined - or pre-deceased the Testator.  Likewise for number 4, if the
Beneficiary pre-deceased the Testator I would add words to that effect
to the usual Notes of "He was made a bequest of ..."
