What do you mean "which I don't think can be sourced"?

If you are getting evidence of births, deaths, marriages etc from a Will
or Monumental Inscription then the Will or the Monumental Inscription
*is* the Source for that information.

There are 2 obvious places: as part of an Event and/or as part of the
Source Citation.

What I do rather depends on the nature of the "document." If I have a
copy of a Will I only put a summary in the Notes field of a Will Event
and attach the actual document to the Source Details. If I have, for
example, copied the wording from a gravestone I will include all the
wording in the Notes of a Memorial Inscription Event and also add it to
the Text/Comments field of the Source Details.

I have several Memorial Inscription Master Sources, one for each
Cemetery and several Will Master Sources depending on which body holds
them.
