I suggest you look up "Quoted Given Names" in Legacy Help. One thing it doesn't make clear though is that the "Quoted" name doesn't have to be one of the components of the Given Name. One of my relatives had the Given Names Horatio John but he was known to *everyone* (except his mother!) as Peter so I have his name entered as Horatio John "Peter". -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
