I didn't understand what Richard was talking about with merge but you've
clarified it. No, I'm not crazy. :-) I don't have my data divided between
programs.  It's a daunting prospect, cleaning up my data in a new program,
which is why I want to know a lot before I try it. I'm trying to avoid "if
only I had known..."
