Becky & Tom,

I deliberately have the full address in the location field for two reasons
(1) it displays well in reports and (2) when using the mapping function the
actually street is located (provided it is still there, of course).

My brother-in-law includes the house and street part in the description
field which also reads well in reports but obviously mapping will only find
the town.
