Paul: The answer is yes. You will have to point to the database file and multimedia files within Legacy on each machine.
My structure using Windows 7 is: C:\My Documents\My Dropbox\Legacy Data\ for the data base file *.fdb For the pictures, I use: C:\My Documents\My Dropbox\Legacy Data\Pictures\ When you install Dropbox on multiple machines it installs basically in the same location on each machine.You will sign in with your account on each machine one time and then it Syncs all the files to each machine.
