Legacy does set up folders called Pictures, Sounds, Videos and Docs and
these are what appear as the defaults in Options>Customise>Locations if
you don't change anything.  However, you don't *have* to use these
folders if you don't want to or you can create subfolders within them if
you wish.  Put your pictures wherever it suits you to put them.
