Brian Options> Customize> Locations> View Current List of Multimedia Files. Here you can select any subdirectory currently being used and use the Change button to change My Documents to C:\Legacy\Docs\ or wherever you moved them to for each subdirectory. Any other way of moving files could be risky. If you have simple file names like graduation.jpg or marriage_license.jpg or page14.jpg that could exist in more than one subdirectory you could wind up linked to the wrong file and never know it. -- Richard Van Wasshnova
