Hi Jerry I don't know the answer to your question, but want to warn you about using the Unspecified field. I seem to remember once I had sources in the field, I think from importing from another program. The problem I had with it was that I couldn't search for people with a source in that field.
Why not attach the Reunion Information source to all the events like Birth, Death, Marriage etc for your individuals? Later you may find more information on your people from a different source and then can add that source to the new information. Sorry! Is there a way to globally add the same source to a bunch of persons at once? I can isolate the set I want by going to the ancestor and clicking on the descendants' tab to bring up all this ancestor's descendants. All the information for these persons was gathered at my family reunion by having families fill out family data sheets, so I'm using that as a source in the unspecified field. I can very quickly go through with the shortcut keys like ALT-4 to add the current source to the unspecified field, so the keystrokes are as follows: Enter ALT-4 Enter Enter Down Arrow Then repeat the process, so it's very fast, but still time consuming. Is there a way I can do it in one command of some kind?
