Thanks for the info. The shortcut keys and clipboard help out tremendously. I was actually able to go through a few thousand names and enter sources in just a couple days.
Just a note to Jennifer's suggestion, the reason I used the unspecified field is because the information varied as to completeness and was gathered from family data sheets at our reunions and was not verified. However, most people certainly know what their birth date is and that of their family members. But as we get more complete information, I certainly will use the specific fields involved.
