Thanks for the tip, Helen.  I try to use CDs, DVDs, flash drives, and an
external drive, as well as my internal hard drive.   Of course, ideally
we should also be keeping important files backed up online or off site
as well.    But what do you mean by archival CDs?    Is that a regular
CD-R or something else?    Thanks,  --Jerry
