This is true. I believe someone already mentioned that there was a
free Standard Edition or a paid Deluxe Edition of Legacy v7.4.  In
fact, a couple of people mentioned purchasing v7.4

And someone has also mentioned that he will to keep the two computers
in sync with the same version / build of Legacy.

Arnie, if you chose to purchase Legacy v7.4 Deluxe rather than use the
Standard Edition, you can use that one customer number for both
installations on the PC and laptop.
