That's a PDF file limitation. From the Adobe website article "Create Adobe PDF Online" http://tinyurl.com/26mqcwn
"Default Page Size To specify a default page size, enter a width and height, and choose a unit of measure. The maximum size is 200-by-200 inches (45-by-45 inches for Acrobat 3.0 compatibility)." I didn't see that any third-party PDF creator goes around that limitation, otherwise it probably wouldn't be compatible with Adobe Reader.
