The only thing I can suggest is you Import from a Gedcom and then do a merge.
On the merge I always do a manual merge due to the fact that I have multiple
people with the same first and last name and don’t want the merge to accidently
merge the wrong 2 people.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Replacing a complete family line

Is there an easy way to completely replace a family line? A relative sent me a
GEDCOM file with very detailed information on my mother's family. I already
have information on my mother's family, but want to replace my information with
what is contained in this GEDCOM file. What is the easiest way to accomplish
this? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Bill
