I got an email the other day from them, but there doesn't seem to be any way to
find out what records they have in their collection. They've got some crummy
special going on--one month access for $12.95 (expires Jan 7, 2011), but I
didn't think it was all that special if they don't give us a clue as to what
they have.

I believe FamilyLink.com owns WorldVitalRecords now. In keeping with their
tradition of not disclosing their content, I guess they aren't willing to tell
us what WVR has either.

I'm finding so much information at the LDS website than I've found anywhere
else in years. I wouldn't subscribe to anything sight unseen especially if
they don't offer a test drive.

Subject: [LegacyUG] WorldVitalRecords.com

I know this will seem slightly off-topic, but I am asking here because I
value the opinion of my fellow Legacy users so much.

Is anyone subscribed to WorldVitalRecords.com?
Are you finding it useful?
How do you rate it against others (for example, Ancestry.com)?

Thanx for your patience,
Don
