Hi

I too subscribed a long time ago & canceled right away when
I realized they do not have complete or up to date records.
e.g US Census, no 1930, other years, most states didn't have
complete counties or missing completely.
Then again I am researching data later than 1920.
I had far better luck joining Ancestry which do have up to date
records.
