Do you still have PAF installed? If so, then files with the extension of .GED
are also known as "PAF Files". This is at PAF's request! Do you need it? If not
uninstall PAF. However, I seem to recall that PAF doesn't clean-up after itself,
and you may need to remove the definition of 'PAF File' manually.
Depending on your version of Windows, get into what Windows/7 and Vista term
'Default Programs'. I think in XP it's something to do with Folder Options in
Windows Explorer. This is where file types ('PAF File') is associated with the
file extension (.GED). Delete the association.
