I did not know that Mike! Good info to have! I do have PAF installed but I have my gedcom association set to GENViewer.
I noticed when I got a new laptop with Word Perfect installed, the WP icon was used for the Legacy .USR files so I've seen file conflicts like this before but the file always still opens in the right place when the program calls it up.
