Jerry, I did not miss your post, but I do not believe that to be Lloyds problem. Firstly the problem with the URL is that it sometimes contains a space, which means it cannot be read - correction is to remove the space.
I also was unable to subscribe some time ago, but I could neither write nor receive. Lloyd can write, hence my belief that the problem is different. Here is the problem: When a new user attempts to click on the welcoming email from Legacy, he/she gets a 404 not found error on the Internet. The reason is because the entire URL hyperlink address is not being picked up when a person clicks on the link. I have written to a number of persons directly and asked them to do the following: Copy and paste the entire hyperlink from the Legacy welcoming email into their Internet browser. This will get them fully subscribed and it is what I have had to do twice now when I changed email addresses. It is a re-occurring bug and should be fixed by Legacy.
