Right click on the title bar of the index list and it will give you the screen to add or delete the fields that you would like to see when it opens. click on the little '...' to see all of the fields that can populate the fields there. I hope this is what you were needing to know. If you already had it set up like this and now it is back to default fields, perhaps that was something that happened with the update unintentionally.
