Hi Phyllis,

Was the link you were sent chopped into two lines? If it was, you need
to reconstruct the entire link to make it work.

Go back to the email you were sent. Copy the first line of the link to
a new email, or a text editor - somewhere where you can temporarily
store and manipulate text. Then copy the second line and insert it at
the end of the first one in your temporary document. Make sure there is
no space between them, then copy the ENTIRE text to your browser - that
should take you to the right place.

This is an ongoing problem with SOME new subscribers, you are not the
first to come to us with this problem.

Legacy - how about putting something on the web page where people
subscribe (http://legacyfamilytree.com/LegacyLists.asp) to warn of this
potential problem and how to resolve it? We've all suffered enough already.

Phyllis, I'm sending this email directly to you as well as to the list,
to ensure you see it and to let others know you've had a reply. Please
post to the list ([email protected]) or
[email protected] if you need further assistance - don't
reply directly to me please. :-)

Kind Regards,
Wendy
