I know when I’ve downloaded the update from the Legacy website, that I have to enter my email address each time and select what newsletters I want to receive. I’ve never been asked for my password unless it’s trying to log you in.
I prefer to download the file from the Legacy website for new updates instead of inside the program in case I don’t want to install it yet. I know when it updates within the program, Windows hides those files somewhere but I never can find them.
