Click on the Name List icon and select Print. Select to include RINs and User ID (along with any other fields you wish to include) then save to CSV.
If you want to include only individuals who have a User ID, do a search first using the Detailed Search tab Look for whom? Individual Where to look User ID How to look Not Equal To What to look for <just leave this field blank> Then click on the Print button in the Search List. The report will be sorted in the sort order of the Name or Search List.
