Oh, I'm sorry.  I guess when I saw "RIN" that confused me.

The FIle IDs aren't associated with RINs, but with sources, to-do's
and pictures and they would not be associated directly with tblIR.

The UserIDs would be found in the appropriate tables for master
source,s source citations, to-dos and pictures.

Have you looked at the FileID report under Books/Other of the Reports
menu?  That lists the items by File ID and shows the individuals
linked to those sources, to-dos and pictures.
