Because I never know what a webform is going to do, when I fill out
one, I use "Send to OneNote" on my browser window (or right click and
select Print and then select to print to OneNote) to keep a copy of
it.  If you don't already have OneNote, I highly recommend it as a
great way to store copies of web pages, emails, etc found during your
research!
