I think that if you look at "events" as really Event/Fact as they are labelled, 
you can see that an obituary can be a fact.  I have an Obituary fact, as well 
as a Newspaper Article fact.  Full text is transcribed with the source being 
the newspaper from which it was published.  Then I use the same source for 
other facts or events, such as the person's birth, marriage or death.

But as Ron said and many others before, Legacy is so flexible that it allows us 
to use it as it best works for each of us.
