Hi, I have almost mastered the new Windows 7, have worked out the Libraries and have downloaded Legacy 7.5 deluxe.
Now it is time to to copy all of my tree from the old computer to the new one. I am assuming that as I am going from Legacy to Legacy that the best way to do it is to backup to an external drive for the files and the media and then import the backup to the new computer. One small question, will this copy my personal settings doing it this way or should I export the tree and then import it on to the new computer? (I think my brain has become slightly addled with this new learning curve!) Advice please!!!
