Dick, Hope this explains the events section: What you are viewing is a list of all of the events available...even if they are not in use. You will see the same list for each married individual.
Locations: in the top tool bar, click on "View". In the drop down list, click on "Master Lists", and from there, click on "Locations". You will now be able to highlight each location you want to change by clicking on "Edit". Enter your changes and hit save...a popup box will appear offering you the choice to change all locations. (You can also access your Master Location list by the icon "Locations" if you have selected it to appear on your main toolbar.) Hope this helps.
