I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong but the backup of the
photographs is only the link to where the photographs are - not the
actual media files themselves - so if you are back up to another
computer unless those media files are on the other computer, in
exactly the same directory listing as your original computer, then you
will not find the photos.
