Forrest, This is how I understand the process... Legacy doesn’t actually make a copy of your pictures and save them in the multimedia backup. Legacy saves a list of links or pointers to where the pictures are stored on your computer. If you have legacy on two different computers then the pictures have to be in the exact same place on each of those computers so that when legacy wants to display a particular picture it looks at the pointer and knows where to look for the picture.
