If you are entering the same information several times over, you just need click on Repeat to have the same information in any field as was entered in that field for the previous record. Also if you just start to type the beginning of a location entry the field will autofill if you have used that location or a similar one. If the right one doesn't pop up first, just keep typing until it does. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
