If you are entering the same information several times over, you just
need *click on Repeat* to have the same information in any field as was
entered in that field for the previous record*.*

How do you 'click on repeat'?  I will try Sherry's suggestions now too.
Thank you.  I'm working from a FGS that a cousin sent me and most of the
places are the same but as another writer mentioned, sometimes you have to
type quite a bit before coming to the one you want.  I have some Swedish
places too and I have to type the intl characters which is even more of a
pain.
