As we've said many times before - NEVER click on a link received in an
email like this.  An email with only a URL and no other information in
the body and no subject line pretty much always indicates a hijacked
email account and could lead you to a dangerous website.

This person's Hotmail account has been hijacked. Hopefully he'll see
this message and take care of the problem.
