If I have a woman married to a man and I want to add a child to her where the existing spouse is not the child's father, how do I do it? I don't want to end up with an RIN for the child's unknown father.
If I unlink the existing husband I can do it, but that wipes out the marriage information, so when I re-link him, I have to enter the marriage information again.
