Thanks Sherry, l also backup frequently, about every twenty minutes when I am doing extensive editing etc. Like you say one can go back and correct that person, but I would have to look up that person in a prior version to see what I changed.
I really appreciate you sending a suggestion to the programmers for cancel/undo button.
