If I remember correctly, Using the Tab 'Reports', then Tab 'Book Reports', in some if not all of the underlying reports. Basically any report that creates sentences should use long version first time, then short afterwards.I have used it, but never noticed it not working. It also uses the Short one on family screen.Rich in LA CA
