1. Get Ann into the main (central) position in Family View. 2. Unlink the child from the parents - right-click > Unlink > From Parents. 3. Add the mother - click in the empty parent position > link to an existing person > navigate to Jane and select. I see no point in adding a father who you know nothing about (except that he existed). He's easily added later should you find something to record.
