Download SyncToy from Microsoft and try it. It is fast and easy. Just sync ALL the folders you wish, including subfolders, to your flash drive, then sync them again to your laptop. Quick and easy.

Then, I restore from the flash drive to my laptop. I am always dismayed at how clunky the process is to restore the multimedia files. If the people at Millenium are smart enough to come up with a wonderful program like Legacy, why can't they incorporate the multimedia into the backup system so it can be done as easily as restoring the data? I know this has been discussed before, but the disclaimer on the website simply says they haven't got around to doing it. Maybe it's time. I have been using Legacy for years, and this has always been a sore point.
