Yvonne, As a user of Dropbox I can confirm what the others have said regarding the use of the program. A conflict arises, usually, when one has two Legacy programs open in Dropbox at the same time and the data on one conflicts with an other. In others words Dropbox cannot tell which is the correct file to use. However, your data is not lost and can be recovered by going to your Dropbox account which contains all the versions which have been loaded into it and then selecting the correct one. Details are given in the Dropbox Help Files.

Anyway, early this morning, I opened Legacy and went to work. Legacy worked fine--as far as I knew. About noon, an individual's window refused to open. I tried a few times to open it...no go. I closed Legacy and reopened it but all of yesterday and today's data is gone. If there were other data problems I haven't found them yet. I'm going to try to restore last night's Mozy Legacy file to another folder to see what's in it, but...what does the "conflicted message warning" mean, please? Any ideas of what to do?
