I find it *very* useful. Let's say you're adding a new individual from a census record. You have not only birth info, but can also add a census event, residence event, occupation event, maybe property event (to show the value of personal and/or real property), schooling (yes, the person went to school or can read/write) etc to an individual.
Or you have a book and have been able to add all the vitals on an individual but have not yet added any events.... Do you want to do one click to add that source to all the new things you just added or do you want to click several times? Honestly, this thread is the *first* complaint I've seen about the three bars that I can remember. I started using Legacy with v2 in 1997 and have been doing support since v4 in 2002.....
